Challenge
The internal Oracle HCM platform at Albertsons was difficult to navigate and lacked clarity in key workflows like onboarding, benefits enrollment, and approvals. Our goal: uncover usability pain points and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and satisfaction.

Process Overview
Supported the testing team by facilitating tests and synthesizing findings. I provided insights into the current state of the Oracle HCM platform and served as an SME for the testing team. I also collaborated with UX researchers to create compelling content and design the final readout deck.

Reflection
