Over the past 20+ years, I've partnered with organizations including IBM, Louisiana State University, Pennington Biomedical Research Center, American Electric Power, Tampa Electric (TECO), the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, Albertsons, and Louisiana state agencies to create accessible, user-centered digital experiences. My work spans website strategy, UX/UI design, content management, digital accessibility, and visual communications, helping organizations make complex information easier to understand and easier to use.
I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems through thoughtful design, clear communication, and inclusive user experiences. Whether developing a website, improving digital accessibility, facilitating Design Thinking workshops, or creating content strategies, my goal is always the same: to build digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meaningful for the people who use them.
