NIPR Software Design
This project aimed to transform the user experience of software for insurance producers by applying Design Thinking principles to create an intuitive and engaging solution.
My Contributions
Collaborated with a team on a Design Thinking exercise for a Vision Project, and conducted extensive research to inform our design decisions. Additionally, I leveraged Miro to curate immersive presentations for workshops aimed at developing customer journeys, problem statements, and personas. Synthesized findings into crafted high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for a software redesign, I presented the finding and prototypes to key stakeholders.
