Tampa Electric (TECO)

I led in-person Enterprise Design Thinking workshops for TECO’s Web 3.0 EV expansion, guiding teams through persona refinement, journey mapping, and wireframing. I translated insights into UX requirements, designed low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and partnered with engineers to successfully launch the new EV section of their website.
