I am a Senior UX/UI and Product Designer specializing in the end-to-end product design process from research and strategy to wireframes, prototypes, testing, and implementation. I have designed enterprise-scale web and mobile experiences for financial services, insurance, retail, and government clients, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. My approach combines user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver measurable outcomes, improve usability, and create products that balance customer needs with business objectives.

UX Case Studies

Ulta Beauty

Collaborated with a cross-functional team, drawing on the Golden Thread method to develop project scenarios. Leveraging my creative skills, I designed wireframes, animated prototypes, and user flows for the stakeholders.

American Electric Power Bill Redesign

Improved the customer billing experience with a new design that communicates effectively and helps users better understand their energy usage and charges.

Albertsons UX Research

This project placed a sharp focus on usability testing and workflow assessment,

as it sought to optimize the Albertsons Benefits Portal's performance within the

Oracle platform.

Tampa Electric

Synthesized data from research into crafted high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for an EV web redesign, I presented the findings and prototypes to key stakeholders.

NIPR

This project aimed to transform the user experience of software for insurance producers by applying Design Thinking principles to create an intuitive and engaging solution.
